Soziale Innovation?
Soziale Innovation ist nach wie vor ein schillernder Begriff und vielfach kontextabhängig. In Artikel 2.1. (8) der ESF+ Verordnung wird Soziale Innovation wie folgt definiert:
“Social innovation means an activity, that is social both as to its ends and its means and in particular an activity which relates to the development and implementation of new ideas concerning products, services, practices and models, that simultaneously meets social needs and creates new social relationships or collaborations between public, civil society or private organisations, thereby benefiting society and boosting its capacity to act.” (Article 2.1. (8) of the ESF+ regulation).
Im Rahmen von SI plus wurde diese Definition mit Stakeholdern reflektiert und auf vier zentrale Dimensionen heruntergebrochen. Eine Zusammenfassung findet sich untenstehend.
SI plus wird aus Mitteln der Europäischen Kommission (EaSI) sowie des Österreichischen Bundesministeriums für Arbeit finanziert.
SI plus wird von L&R Sozialforschung, arbeit plus – Soziale Unternehmen Österreich, DIALOGPLUS – Büro für Partizipation und Soziale Innovation, ZSI – Zentrum für Soziale Innovation und dem Kompetenzzentrum für Nonprofit Organisationen und Social Entrepreneurship der WU Wien durchgeführt.
